At Around The Net (ATN) Hockey, we provide players of all levels and ages skill training opportunities to improve their skills and maximize their game.
Our team of ATN Hockey coaches are enthusiastic, goal-oriented, knowledgeable, patient, and clear communicators. Our coaches thrive at making hockey a fun and positive experience, by leaving players wanting to come back for more.
OPTION 1: ON-ICE TRAINING
We provide professional and expert hockey instruction for teams! Book us for weekly or biweekly training this season! We will customize a plan for your team!
Our coach will work with the team coach to prepare a plan for each skate, based on the team goals and needs. We can also send our ATN coach out to watch games or review video (for an additional fee) to provide a game analysis for us to identify what the team could most benefit from in our weekly sessions.
Team Training focus choices such as: Total Skills, Powerskating, Body Checking, and Defence Training.
The skills we teach include (but not limited to):
- Skating
- Stickhandling Skills
- Passing and Shooting Techniques
- Game Situation Drills
- Edge Work
- Balance and Agility Development
- Body Checking
OPTION 2: STOUFFVILLE FACILITY TEAM TRAINING:
Our ATN Hockey Stouffville Training Facility offers a whole new level of training to increase speed, strength, and conditioning. We specialize in small group training while providing individualized attention with focus on repetition and proper correction. Elevate your game and come train with us on the Skating Treadmill and Hockey Shot pad this season!
Skating Treadmill Training: Expert skating instruction to improve stride and technique.
Hockey Shot Training: Expert shooting instruction to teach proper technique with power and precision.
