GIRLS 2012–2014 Summer Hockey Performance Program
This is not a camp.
This is a 12-week integrated development system designed to prepare athletes for next season through structured, consistent training.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
June – August | 12 Weeks
2 Training Days Per Week
Each week includes:
- 2 Strength & Conditioning Sessions
- 2 On-Ice Skill Sessions
Total: 48 structured development sessions
Off-ice training is directly integrated with on-ice performance.

This is about building stronger, faster, more prepared hockey players — not just keeping them busy in the summer.
Shuttle service is available to and from the rink upon request.

Tuesdays — June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
Ice: 5:00–6:00 PM / Workout: 6:30–7:30 PM
Thursdays — June 4, 11, 18, 25
Ice: 4:00–5:00 PM / Workout: 5:30–6:30 PM
July
Tuesdays — July 7, 14, 21, 28
Workout: 1:30–2:30 PM / Ice: 3:00–4:00 PM
Thursdays — July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
Workout: 1:30–2:30 PM / Ice: 3:00–4:00 PM
August
Tuesdays — Aug 4, 11, 18
Workout: 1:30–2:30 PM / Ice: 3:00–4:00 PM

INVESTMENT
This is a 12-week integrated development system — not a drop-in model.
Program Investment: $2,499.00
- $500 deposit due upon registration to secure your athlete’s spot
- Remaining balance due by May 22
The investment reflects:
- 48 total sessions (24 gym + 24 ice)
• Structured 12-week progression plan
• Integrated partnership: Pure Strength x Around the Net Hockey
• Performance-based nutritional education & fueling support
• Weekly make-up opportunities
Families who enroll in this program prioritize structured preparation and long-term athletic development over casual summer training.
